The data that I collect from people has the purpose to inform them about upcoming NVC or other workshops, my individual or couple or private group work, and related events, news and information.
People join my mailing list:
- After contacting me by email and confirming by email their consent to join my mailing list.
- After attending my workshops/events. The pre-May 2018 registered people will be asked in the next upcoming mailing whether they want to unsubscribe from the mailing list. Post-May 2018 registration will require actively giving permission, either by email, a form or another means of communication that I can document.
The data on my mailings list is centrally held in an Excel file that is password protected
This Excel file includes the following data:
- Name
- Country (when given)
- Town (when given)
- Email address
- Phone number (when given)
- First workshop attended + year (when relevant)
The Excel file does NOT include personal sensitive data such as relationship status, gender, race, health, political or religious beliefs.
Your data is safe with me: I will never sell your data to anyone, or share it with anyone, without your explicit permission and consent.
Each person on my mailing list, by writing to me from their email address that is on my Excel file, can request:
- To be removed from my Excel file and mailing list
- To acccess their data
In all my mailings I include an opt-out statement with a clear unsubscribe instruction.
